Hi all! I’m really feeling the cozy cooler weather outfits right now, and I had to share this one!
The star of this post is this gorgeous long pink Miss Lola coat. It is basically the softest and coziest blanket in coat form- remember when those snuggy blankets became big? EVEN BETTER. With the faux fur coats and vests being huge this winter, I couldn’t resist this one. Plus, (if you didn’t notice) it’s pink!
Beneath it I am wearing a turtleneck sweater from NastyGal, which is cozy on it its own, but there is no such thing as too much cozy as far as I’m concerned. This look is proof that you can wear an oversized sweater with a big coat and not get lost in fabric.
Adding to the texture fun, an element of sexy. These black vinyl Miss Lola pants are not only for nights out on the town! They’re super cute with this look, and act as a pick-me-up almost to the oversized and fluffier elements.
These snake print boots are from Aldo, and they’re big this year. I actually did a How To Wear Snake Print Boots blog post, you can check that out to find some inspiration if you love these as much as I do. I love to mix animal prints with color, this pink looks great with them!
I’m also using my Chanel bag. I want to point out a couple things with this- my bag is cross-body draped beneath my coat and my coat is just draped over my shoulders. These are important to pay attention to, because if you’ve ever tried to throw a purse over top of your fur coat it can be difficult to keep on your shoulder or even suffocating to do it cross body. If you have experienced that before, this is the way to do it!
